Our Culture


Everli Tech team grew a lot in the past years. 

We are now a fully remote and distributed team of more than 50 people, coming from more than 10 different countries.

We started working remotely at the beginning of 2017, so we’re pretty used to it.

We value outcome, not output; we love clear communications and we love working together.


We want to build an organization that coherently mirrors our mission.

We know customers are paramount to our business (actually, to every business!), hence we decided to organize ourselves around Components, which reflects our customers: every component has the ultimate responsibility for the healthiness and the happiness of one single customer.

To do so, our organization has four stable Components: Demand (for Users), Operations (for Shoppers), Retail and Catalog (for Retailers), Brand (well, for Brand).

We strongly believe in the Agile Principles; our organization is designed in order to adhere to those principles and to implement its philosophy.


We work in teams called Squads.

A Squad is a small cross-functional, self-organized team usually with less than eight members.

The team members have end-to-end responsibilities, and they work together towards their long-term mission. 

On Squads the key driver is autonomy

Each Squad has autonomy to decide what to build, how to build it, and how to work together while building it.
